[HISTORY: Adopted by the Board of Trustees of the Village of Massena 2-18-1992
by L.L. No. 2-1992. Amendments noted where applicable.]
The Board of Trustees of the Village of Massena may appropriate funds
to make yearly contributions in a reasonable amount not to exceed $75,000
to the Massena Industrial Development Corporation. Said amount may be adjusted
from time to time without the need to amend this chapter so long as the amount
does not exceed the amount aforesaid.
