[HISTORY: Adopted by the Board of Supervisors of the Township of
Tredyffrin as Ch. I, Art. 4, § 401, of the 1979 General Laws of
the Municipality of Tredyffrin. Amendments noted where applicable.]
The Supervisors of Tredyffrin Township are hereby authorized to enter
into an agreement with the County of Chester and the Paoli Library Association
to establish, operate and maintain a free, public, nonsectarian library, to
serve the informational, educational and recreational needs of the residents
of Tredyffrin Township by providing free access to an organized and currently
useful collection of printed items and other materials and to the service
of a staff trained to recognize and provide for such needs.
