A.
No person shall deposit, throw, spill or dump dirt,
ashes or other material upon any street or highway in the Township.
B.
No person shall divert, obstruct or interfere with
the normal flowage of surface waters in any gutter, drain or ditch
along any street or highway of the Township, nor in any way cause
the normal flowage of water to be stopped or diverted from or overflow
of the gutters, drains or ditches.
C.
Any person constructing or maintaining a driveway,
curb, road, right-of-way, trail, bridle path, conduit or viaduct intersecting
with a street or highway shall construct and maintain the same so
that the flow of surface water shall not cross a public street or
highway but shall be diverted into a gutter, drain or ditch alongside
the public street or highway in order that the water shall run off
unimpeded and will not overflow.
