A.
Pursuant to N.J.S.A. 54:4-64(d) the Washington Township
Tax Collector is hereby authorized to charge mortgage companies a
fee of $5 for the first duplicate tax bill and $25 for each subsequent
duplicate copy of the same tax bill in the same fiscal year.
B.
Pursuant to N.J.S.A. 54:5-52.1, the Washington Township
Tax Collector is hereby authorized to charge, and collect at the office
of the Tax Collector, $100 for each duplicate tax title certificate
issued due to loss or destruction of the original tax title certificate.

The Director of the Division of Taxation shall
promulgate regulations to effectuate this provision.
