In any B Residence District, land, buildings
or premises shall be used by right only for only one of the uses permitted
in the A Residence District.
All conditional uses of the A Residence District shall be allowed, provided that the conditions set forth thereunder shall be complied with, and further provided that the lot sizes for uses permitted under § 285-24 are not less than 1/2 acre.
All accessory uses permitted in the A Residence
District shall be allowed.
The following area and bulk regulations shall
apply:
All other applicable regulations of this chapter
shall be followed as required.
