The names of the Village streets shall be the
same as those heretofore or hereafter established by ordinance and
are on file with the Village Clerk.
A.
All dwellings and principal nonresidential buildings
shall have an address number which shall be placed on the house or
building in numbers not less than three inches in height, including
background, and shall be distinctly legible and conspicuously placed
so as to be easily seen and read from the public ways:
