Fees to be charged by the Registrar of Vital Statistics, other than those fixed by state law or state agency, shall be:
A. 
Certified copy of birth certificate: $25 each.
B. 
Certified copy of marriage certificate: $25 each.
C. 
Certified copy of civil union certificate: $25 each.
D. 
Certified copy of death certificate: $10 each.
E. 
Correction - parental items on birth record: $50 each.
F. 
Correction - all other items on vital records: $30 each.
G. 
Credit card transaction fee: $3 each.

Any payments made for certified copies of vital records obtained as a result of a search shall be credited toward the search fees.
The Registrar shall be authorized to charge customers $1 per phone call for necessary long distance calls needed to effect corrections in vital records.
Fees for vital records issued after the advertised office hours shall be increased by $5 for each certified copy.
