The Planning Board of the Village of Sagaponack is hereby abolished. Except as expressly provided otherwise by a local law enacted after this date, any responsibilities or authority formerly vested in the Planning Board shall be vested in the Board of Trustees. Any reference to the Planning Board in Chapters 190, 225 and 245 shall be deemed to read Board of Trustees.
