Editor's Note: Former Article I, General Provisions, adopted as Art. 1731 of the Codified Ordinances; Article II, Board of Housing Appeals and Revisions, adopted as Art. 1733 of the Codified Ordinances; Article III, Administrative Board of Housing Violation Review, adopted as Art. 1735 of the Codified Ordinances; Article IV, Notice and Appeals, adopted as Art. 1739 of the Codified Ordinances; Article V, Dwellings Unfit for Human Habitation, adopted as Art. 1741 of the Codified Ordinances; Article VI, Minimum Standards for Occupied Dwellings, adopted as Art. 1743 of the Codified Ordinances; and Article VII, Minimum Standards for Unoccupied Dwellings, adopted as Article 1744 of the Codified Ordinances, were repealed 8-26-1997 by Ord.
