The Town Board of the Town of Ledgeview adopted a resolution electing
to participate in a fair housing ordinance, entitled the "Brown County Equal
Opportunities in Housing Ordinance," on November 4, 1970, and hereby reaffirms
its election to participate.
The Brown County Board of Supervisors, on August 17, 1983, adopted an
amendment to the Equal Opportunities in Housing Ordinance of Brown County,
a copy of said amendment incorporated herein by reference and made a part
hereof.
The above entitled ordinance, as amended, is now effective in the Town
of Ledgeview, and all persons herein are subject to the provisions of said
ordinance, as amended.
