Editor's Note: This ordinance also repealed former Art. IV,

Tests and Violations; Art. VI, Materials: Quality, Identification
and Standards; Art. VII, Drainage for Plumbing Systems; Art. VIII,
Site Work Drainage; Art. IX, Water Supply and Distribution; Gas Supply
and Distribution; and Art. X, Miscellaneous.
Should any section, paragraph, sentence, clause or phrase in
this chapter be declared unconstitutional or invalid for any reason,
the remainder of the chapter shall not be affected thereby and shall
remain in full force and effect, and to this end the provisions of
this chapter are declared to be severable.
