The datum or zero mark to which will be referred all elevations and
levels connected with the streets and sewers shall be sea level, which is
746.8 feet below the cross mark cut in the belt course of the roundhouse of
the Allegheny Valley Railway Company at Verona, on the west side of the southern
entrance of the same.
Any ordinance or parts of ordinances conflicting with the above are
hereby repealed.
