The Ridley Township Volunteer Firemen's Relief Association of the Township of Ridley, Delaware County, Pennsylvania, is hereby officially recognized by the Board of Commissioners of the Township of Ridley, Delaware County, Pennsylvania, as an organization formed for the purpose of maintaining an association for the beneficial and protective purposes to its members and their families in case of death, sickness, temporary or permanent disability or accident.
The aforesaid Ridley Township Volunteer Firemen's Relief Association of the Township of Ridley is hereby designated by the Board of Commissioners of the Township of Ridley as the proper association to receive such funds as are due and payable to the Township treasury by the Treasurer of the State of Pennsylvania from the two-percent tax on premiums from foreign fire insurance companies.
There is hereby annually appropriated from the Township treasury all such sums of money that may hereafter be paid into the aforesaid Township treasury by the Treasurer of the State of Pennsylvania on account of taxes paid on premiums by foreign fire insurance companies pursuant to an Act of Assembly in such case made and provided.
