A public library is hereby established, which
shall, under the proper regulations to be adopted by the Directors,
be free to all inhabitants of the Town.

A.
As used in this section "smoking" means the lighting
or carrying of a lighted cigarette, cigar, pipe or similar device
and "grounds" shall mean that area within 30 feet of the main entrance
of the Mary Cheney Library.
B.
Smoking shall be prohibited on the grounds of the
Mary Cheney Library.
C.
Any person violating the provisions of this section
shall be fined $50 for each offense.
