This chapter is authorized by § C-4B of the Town Charter, 22 Del. C. § 7 and 57 Delaware Laws, Chapter 143.
The purpose of this chapter is to promote and protect the public health, safety, convenience and general welfare of the town. It shall be administered so as to ensure the orderly growth and development; the conservation, protection and proper use of land; and adequate provision for housing, recreation, circulation, utilities and services of and in the Town of South Bethany.
Administration of these regulations shall be the duty and responsibility of the Planning Commission.
Fees shall be as prescribed in the current schedule.[1]
