The following officers and employees, before entering upon their duties, shall give bond to the City of Breckenridge conditioned on the faithful performance of their duties, and the amount of said bond shall be as follows:
A. 
City Administrator: $100,000.
B. 
Finance Officer: $25,000.
C. 
Legal Administrative Secretary: $5,000.
D. 
Billing clerk: $5,000.
E. 
All other officers and employees: $1,000.
At least once each year, the City shall have the books and records of all departments of the City audited by independent public accountants.
