Fees for the issuance of intoxicating liquor licenses shall be as provided in Chapter 86, Fees.
No transfer of an intoxicating liquor license shall be approved unless a transfer fee of as provided in Chapter 86, Fees, is paid by the persons applying for such transfer, and no intoxicating liquor license shall be transferred after such license has been into existence for six months.
The City Council may issue a liquor license for less than a full year and in such cases, the annual license fee shall be prorated; provided, however, that no such license fee shall be less than as provided in Chapter 86, Fees, or the minimum fee required to be charged in such cases by the laws of the State of Minnesota or the regulations of the Liquor Control Commissioner, whichever is greater.
All intoxicating liquor licenses shall be expired on the last day of June following the date of their issue.
