[Adopted ATM 4-7-1975, Art. 16]
The Town voted to authorize the Selectmen to
appoint a Building Code Board of Appeals for the purpose of hearing
appeals pertaining to a Building Inspector's actions in accord with
the provisions contained in the State Building Code, Section 126.8,
which became effective on January 1, 1975.
Said Board shall consist of five (5) members,
one (1) member to be appointed for five (5) years, one (1) member
for four (4) years, one (1) member for three (3) years, one (1) member
for two (2) years and one (1) member to serve for one (1) year, and
thereafter, each new member is to serve for five (5) years or until
his successor has been appointed.
