The provisions of 3 P.S. § 459-302 et seq. shall apply to all dogs running at large within the City of New Kensington.
No person shall keep, harbor or shelter at any place within the City any horse or other equine animal, any cow or other bovine animal or cattle, any pig or hog, any goat or any chicken or other fowl.
A. 
No more than two dogs or two rabbits shall at any one time be kept, harbored or sheltered at any residence within the City.
B. 
This limitation shall not apply to any puppy or rabbit under the age of six weeks. The householder or head of the family occupying a residence shall be responsible for conforming to the requirements of this section.

Whoever violates any provision of this article shall be fined not more than $600, and costs of prosecution, and, in default of payment thereof, shall be imprisoned for not more than 90 days. Each day's continuance of a violation after conviction shall constitute a separate offense.
