Any landlord or tenant may file a complaint and request for a hearing
before the Multiple Dwelling Review Board alleging any violation of any provision
of this chapter.
Any landlord or tenant may file a written request for a ruling by the
Multiple Dwelling Review Board without a request for a hearing before the
Board alleging a violation of this chapter.
Any landlord or tenant may file a demand for decisions or resolution
of a dispute between a landlord and tenant.
The Multiple Dwelling Review Board may compel the attendance of persons
at any hearing and may issue subpoenas and administer oaths.
The Multiple Dwelling Review Board shall hold a hearing within 15 days
following the receipt of a demand for a hearing.

All complaints or requests for hearings must be received by the Board
at least 15 days prior to the regular monthly meeting date in order to be
listed on the agenda for said meeting. Any requests or complaints received
less than 15 days prior to the regular monthly meeting shall be heard at the
following monthly meeting or at a special meeting set by the Board with appropriate
notice to all parties concerned.

The Multiple Dwelling Review Board shall be authorized to make additional
rules and regulations governing the procedures of the Board.
