Pursuant to Act 167, 32 P.S. §§ 680.1
et seq., the Board of Supervisors of Lower Salford Township hereby
adopts, by reference, the stormwater management plan prepared by the
Bucks County Planning Commission entitled "East Branch Perkiomen Creek
Watershed Act 167 Stormwater Management Plan Bucks and Montgomery
Counties, Pennsylvania Volume I Plan, Standards/Criteria, and Model
Ordinance" dated September 2004, which requires permanent best management
practices for stormwater management facilities located within the
East Branch Perkiomen Creek Watershed.[1]
