A.
For a statement of community development objectives, reference is
made to the Comprehensive Plan for Tobyhanna Township.
B.
In addition to the foregoing, the community development objective
for the Tourist Development Project District is to provide a set of
standards for development of a tourist development project. The Tourist
Development Project District encourages cluster commercial development
in a tourist development project district.
