Dogs and other animals — See Ch. 81.
No person shall be allowed to hunt on public
or private property, except by written permission of the owner of
the private or public property, and such person shall have in his
possession such written permission at the time of hunting.
The Board of Selectmen, as authorized by the
landowners, shall post "No Hunting" signs and shall give further notifications
as it deems necessary.
Whoever violates any provisions of this chapter
shall be punished by a fine of not more than $50.
