A.
A fee of $200 shall be paid with an application for
lot grading plan approval.
B.
For all applications for lot grading plans which do
not required Planning Board or Zoning Board of Adjustment approval,
the applicant shall pay an escrow of $500 to cover the Borough’s
engineering and other profession cost associated with reviewing the
plan.
