Pursuant to Article 6 of the General Municipal Law of the State of New York and the applicable provisions of the Village Law of the State of New York, the Board of Trustees shall have the authority to lease sewage treatment plants and facilities to any entities with which the Village has contracted pursuant to its authority as set forth in § 205-47 hereof.

Pursuant to the applicable provisions of the General Municipal Law of
New York State, the Board of Trustees shall have the authority to:
A.
Enter into contracts with third persons, corporations
or municipalities for the construction, operation, maintenance or leasing
of a complete comprehensive system for the removal and disposal of sewerage.
B.
Enter into contracts with the owners or any process or
apparatus for the treatment, purification, rendering and/or disposing of sewerage.
