The title of this chapter shall be "Vehicles on Town Property."
No motor-driven vehicle, including but not limited to automobiles, trucks, tractors, motorcycles, motor bikes, trail bikes and snowmobiles, shall be driven over, operated on or parked upon any portion of property owned by the Town of Liberty, except over designated areas, designated access roads and upon designated parking areas, without written permission from the Town Board or Town Parks and Recreation Commission through their designated officials.
The provisions of § 141-2 shall not apply to law enforcement vehicles, emergency vehicles and any motor vehicles used or operated by officials, employees or agents of the Town of Liberty for construction, repair, maintenance or inspection purposes.
Any person committing any offense against any provision of this chapter shall be guilty of a violation punishable by a fine not exceeding $250 or by imprisonment for a term not exceeding 15 days, or by both such fine and imprisonment.
