The provisions of the storm water runoff control
ordinance of the City are applicable to the work performed in compliance
with this Part 6.
The provisions of the subdivision ordinance
of the City are applicable to the work performed in compliance with
this Part 6.
For clarification of practices and requirements not spelled out in this Part 6, the owner may use practices delineated in the provisions of the Uniform Building Code, Chapter 70, "Excavation and Grading," 1982 Edition, or design criteria as outlined in the "Virginia Erosion and Sediment Control Handbook," 1982 Edition, or most current edition, except as modified by this Part 6.
