GENERAL REFERENCES
Police Department — See Ch. 29.
A "Drug-Free School Zone" is established encompassing all areas up to
1,000 feet from the property line of all schools in the Town of Goshen.
The Town of Goshen Police Department, the Orange County Sheriff's Department
and the New York State Police are authorized to follow 21 U.S.C. § 845A,
providing that persons manufacturing, selling or distributing narcotics, controlled
substances, marijuana and their derivatives within 1,000 feet of any public
property or school shall be guilty of a Class C felony.
