A.
Any person, firm, or corporation who should violate any provision
of this Part 2 shall, upon conviction thereof, be sentenced to pay
a fine of not more than $1,000 and, in default of payment, to imprisonment
for a term not to exceed 30 days. Each day that a violation of this
Part 2 continues shall constitute a separate offense.
B.
In addition to the penalty provision set forth above, the Township, in its sole discretion, may file suit, in law or equity, against any person, firm, or corporation who violates any provision of Part 2 of this chapter.
C.
All remedies of the Township shall be cumulative.
