Each person approved by the Court to be represented by a Public Defender shall pay, in addition to any fine, penalty or restitution, and notwithstanding the case disposition, a fee of $200 as an application fee for representation by a Public Defender.

The Municipal Court may waive any required application or other fee in whole or in part if the Court determines, in its discretion, that the fee represents an unreasonable burden on the person seeking representation.
