No person shall be within or use the facilities of any school playground
or school grounds, except the tennis courts adjacent to the Garfield High
School, within the City of Garfield, between 1/2 hour after sunset and sunrise,
except for unusual and unforeseen emergencies or unless otherwise authorized
by the Board of Education of the City of Garfield.
The Board of Education of the City of Garfield is hereby directed to
have proper signs posted in conspicuous places in all of its school playgrounds
and on all school-ground areas in the City of Garfield setting forth the provisions
of this chapter.

Any person who violates the provisions of this chapter shall, upon conviction
thereof, be punished by one or more of the following: a fine not exceeding
$2,000; imprisonment for a term not exceeding 90 days; and/or a period of
community service not exceeding 90 days.
