A.
Pursuant to the provisions of N.J.S.A. 40:67-16.1, trucks over four tons registered gross weight are hereby excluded from the streets or parts of streets described in Schedule V (§ 226-63A), except for the pickup and delivery of materials on such streets, said Schedule V being attached to and made a part of this chapter.
