GENERAL REFERENCES
Licenses and permits — See Ch. 199.
All provisions of RSA 286 with regard to billiard tables and pool halls
and all amendments thereto are in full force and effect in this city.
No person shall have a billiard table, pool table or pool hall in the
City of Franklin for use for pay unless a license therefor is first obtained
from the office of the City Clerk.
The fee for such license shall be $10 annually per billiard table or
pool table.
