The full-time position of Housing Maintenance
Enforcer of the Borough of Haledon is hereby created.
The Housing Maintenance Enforcer shall assist the Construction Code Official in the enforcement of Chapter 120, Buildings, Unfit, of the Code of the Borough of Haledon to ensure the fitness for habitation of buildings in the Borough of Haledon.
The salary of the Housing Maintenance Enforcer
shall be as provided from time to time in the annual salary ordinance.
The Housing Maintenance Enforcer shall be appointed
by the Mayor, with the advice and consent of the Council, for a term
of one year and until a successor shall have been appointed and qualified.
