The Board of Supervisors of Whitpain Township
hereby appoints or otherwise designates the Whitpain Township Tax
Collector as the Township officer to provide tax certifications upon
request by the public, subject to the payment of the tax certification
fee to Whitpain Township.
The Tax Collector is hereby authorized to charge
and collect a fee established by resolution of the Board of Supervisors
for each tax certification issued as compensation for the additional
service provided Township property owners.
