Editor's Note: This ordinance also repealed
former Ch. 160, Zoning, adopted 8-5-2008 by Ord. No. 4-223, which
in turn repealed the zoning ordinance adopted 6-7-1950 by Ord. No.
4, as reenacted and reordained 5-6-1981 by Ord. No. 4-63. At the request
of the Township, all previous historical annotations denoting amendments
to Ord. Nos. 4 and 4-63 have been left in the Code for reference purposes.
