A.
Any person who shall be apprehended, either on foot
or in any automobile, vehicle or public conveyance within the limits
of the Borough, who is in the Borough for an unlawful purpose, shall
be deemed and adjudged a disorderly person.
B.
No person shall be present within the limits of the
Borough for an unlawful purpose.
