A. 
No person shall willfully interfere with or injure any public or private structure, planting, street, sidewalk, sign, lamp, lamppost or any property belonging to the village or to any private person within said village.
B. 
No person shall willfully interfere with remove, injure, damage, deface or destroy any landmark, monument, survey stake, stone or pipe heretofore or hereafter to be placed or set or established by the Superintendent of Public Works or by the direction of the Village Board.
Any person violating any of the provisions of this article shall be guilty of a violation and, upon conviction thereof, shall be punishable by a maximum fine of $250 or by a term of imprisonment of not more than 15 days, or both.
