There is hereby adopted by the City of Watervliet, for the purpose
of prescribing regulations governing rented dwelling units in one-family
dwellings, two-family dwellings, and multiple dwellings in the City
of Watervliet, a certain code as hereinafter set forth.
This chapter shall hereinafter be known and cited as "Chapter 176, Residential Occupancy."
