This article shall be known as the "East Caln

The purpose of this article is to eliminate
the parking of vehicles that would interfere with snow removal and
cindering operations during a snow emergency. The area of major concern

this turn-around area serve as an obstruction for effective snow removal
operations.
Unless otherwise expressly stated, the following

the plural include the singular.
