It shall be unlawful for any person to enter upon any portion of the
Old Tappan Municipal Golf Course when the golf course has been closed by the
Golf Course Commission.
Any person who violates the provisions of § 146-1 shall, upon conviction thereof, be subject to a fine of $100.
