The Greenwood Hose Co. No. 1 fnancial officers
have the ability to obtain insurance information from the individuals,
businesses, and institutions who receive services of the Greenwood
Hose Co. No. 1 for the purpose of billing the same.
Insurance information will be obtained by the
Greenwood Hose Co. No. 1 for the purpose of billing for services related
to, but not limited to, vehicle accidents, ambulance responses, rescues,
structural fires, vehicle fires, chemical spills.
It is further provided the Greenwood Hose Company
No. 1 is authorized to seek reimbursement from the appropriate insurance
companies if applicable for any cost relating to services rendered
by the hose company. It is further provided that the hose company
will not bill any Moosic resident for any services rendered.
