Parking is hereby prohibited:
A. 
Along the west side of Pennsylvania Legislative Route 100 from a point 150 feet north of the center line of Dairy Lane to a point 300 feet south of the center line of said Dairy Lane and along the east side of Pennsylvania Legislative Route 100 from a point 150 feet north of the center line of Niantic' Road to a point 210 feet south of the center line of said Niantic Road in Washington Township, Berks County, Pennsylvania.
B. 
Along the east side of Route 100 from a point 150 feet north of the center line of Passmore Road to a point 170 feet south of the center line of Passmore Road and on the west side of Route 100 from a point 150 feet north of the center line of Limekiln to a point 170 feet south of the center line of Limekiln Road, in Washington Township, Berks County, Pennsylvania.
C. 
On both sides of Forgedale Road beginning at a point 50 feet north of Pole No. DH 442, which is approximately 500 feet north of the intersection of Anthony's Mill Road and Forgedale Road, and ending at Pole No. DH 448, a distance of approximately 1,300 feet, in the Township of Washington, Berks County, Pennsylvania.

D. 
On both sides of Cubbler Court along the entire length of Cubbler Court.

The proper Township official shall cause official no-parking signs to be erected along Pennsylvania Legislative Route 100 in the prohibited areas designated by § 125-14 above facing traffic traveling in the direction affected by this article.

Any person who violates any provision of this article shall, upon conviction, be sentenced to pay a fine of not less than $15 nor more than $25, together with the costs of prosecution, and, in default thereof, shall undergo imprisonment in the Berks County Prison for not less than one day nor more than 30 days; provided, however, that it shall be the duty of the police officers who are responsible for enforcing this article and of any parking enforcement personnel employed by the Township of Washington to report to the appropriate official all violations of any provision of this article, indicating, in each case the section violated, the license number of the vehicle involved in the violation, the location where the violation took place and any other facts that might be necessary in order to secure a clear understanding of the circumstances attending the violation. The police officer or other person making the report shall also attach to or place upon every such vehicle a notice stating that the vehicle was parked in violation of this article. The notice shall contain instructions to the owner or driver of the vehicle that if he or she will report to Township Secretary and pay the sum of $5 within 48 hours after the time of the notice or the sum of $7 within 72 hours after the time of the notice, the violator shall not be prosecuted and shall not be required to pay the fine and costs prescribed in the first sentence of this section.
