Parking of motor vehicles shall be prohibited at all times on the west side of Audrey Lane and the north side of Jenna Drive in the Hoffman Estates Subdivision in the Township of Washington, Berks County, Pennsylvania.
A. 
Any person who violates any provision of this article shall, upon conviction, be sentenced to pay a fine of not less than $15, or more than $25, together with the costs of prosecution, and, in default thereof, shall undergo imprisonment in the Berks County Prison for not less than one day or more than 30 days.
B. 
The Township Roadmaster shall be responsible for enforcing this article. The Roadmaster shall report to the appropriate official all violations of any provision of this article, indicating, in each case, the section violated, the license number of the vehicle involved in the violation, the location where the violation took place and any other facts that might be necessary in order to secure a clear understanding of the circumstances attending the violation.
C. 
The Roadmaster shall also attach to or place upon every such vehicle a notice stating that the vehicle was parked in violation of this article. The notice shall contain instructions to the owner or driver of the vehicle that if he or she will report to the Township Secretary and pay the sum of $5 within 48 hours after the time of the notice or the sum of $7 within 72 hours after the time of the notice, the violator shall not be prosecuted and shall not be required to pay the fine and costs prescribed in the first sentence of this section.
