Whoever willfully makes or causes to be made any loud, boisterous and unseemly noise or disturbance to the annoyance of the peaceable residents near by, or near to any public highway, road, street, lane, alley, park or square, whereby the public peace is broken or disturbed or the traveling public annoyed, is guilty of the offense of disorderly conduct and upon conviction thereof before any District Justice, shall be sentenced to pay a fine of not less than $10 nor more than $100 and costs of prosecution, and in default of the payment thereof, shall be imprisoned for a period not exceeding 30 days.
