Editor's Note: This ordinance also repealed former Ch. 20, Firemen's Relief Association, adopted 2-21-1995 by Ord. No. 95-3 (Ch. 1, Part 5, of the 1995 Code of Ordinances).
A. 
The following associations are hereby recognized as actively engaging in providing fire protection and/or emergency services in the Township of Warrington: Warrington Township Fire Company Number 1; Fireman's Relief Association of Warrington Township Fire Company; Warrington Township Department of Emergency Services.
B. 
The Fireman's Relief Association of Warrington Township Fire Company has been formed for the benefit of its members and their families in case of death, sickness, temporary or permanent disability or accident suffered in the line of duty.
C. 
The Fireman's Relief Association of Warrington Township Fire Company is designated the proper association to receive such funds as are due and payable to the Township Treasurer by the Treasurer of the State of Pennsylvania from the tax on premiums from foreign fire insurance companies.
