All industrial uses, uses classified as Use Groups F and H by the Warrington Township Building Code, and any other property determined by the Warrington Township Fire Marshal as being required to install a rapid access key box shall install a rapid access key box.
The rapid access key box shall be of a UL type and shall be approved by the Warrington Township Fire Marshal's Office prior to installation. The rapid access key box shall be installed in a location approved by the Warrington Township Fire Marshal.
All rapid access key boxes required to be installed under this article shall contain the following, each clearly labeled:
A. 
Keys to locked points of egress, whether on the interior or exterior of such buildings.
B. 
Keys to the locked mechanical rooms.
C. 
Keys to the locked elevator rooms.
D. 
Keys to the elevator controls.
E. 
Keys to any fenced or secured areas.
F. 
Keys to any other areas as directed by the Fire Marshal.
G. 
A floor plan of the rooms within the building.
H. 
Material safety data sheets (MSDS).
All existing buildings required by this article to install a rapid access key box shall comply with this article within six months of the effective date of this article. All newly constructed buildings, not yet occupied, or buildings currently under construction which are required by this article to install a rapid access key box shall comply immediately.

The provisions of this article shall be enforced by the Warrington Township Fire Marshal. The owner or occupier of any use required to comply with the terms of this article who shall fail to comply herewith shall be in violation of this article. Violations of this article shall be enforced by an action brought before a Magisterial District Judge in the same manner provided for the enforcement of summary offenses under the Pennsylvania Rules of Criminal Procedure. Upon conviction in a summary offense, the violator shall be subject to a fine not exceeding $1,000 per violation and/or imprisonment for up to 90 days in the Bucks County Correctional Facility.
