A. 
Length restrictions. Between May 15 and September 15 of each year, no owner or operator of any motor vehicle that is 21 feet two inches in length or longer or which is six feet eight inches in width or wider, or both, shall park said motor vehicle at any parking meter or on any street within the corporate limits of the Town of Bethany Beach, except that such vehicles may be parked in an area designated by the Town and identified.
B. 
Exceptions. This article shall not apply to the following:
(1) 
Buses loading or unloading passengers.
(2) 
Commercial vehicles making deliveries to businesses within the Town.
(3) 
Public service vehicles, electric, telephone, etc.
(4) 
Publicly sponsored or maintained emergency vehicles of any kind.
(5) 
Vehicles that are participating in public parades or exhibitions during the day or days during which said parades or exhibitions are taking place or are to take place.
C. 
Any person convicted of violating this section shall pay such fines as set out in Chapter 1, General Provisions, Article I, Penalties, for each violation.
