The smoking of tobacco products, including but not limited to cigarettes,
cigars and pipes, is hereby prohibited in the Borough building with the exceptions
of the leased offices, including in the Dispatcher's office, Tax Collector's
office, Kilbuck Township Police Room, Fireroom, rest rooms and Secretary's
office.
The smoking of tobacco products including but not limited to, cigarettes,
cigars and pipes is prohibited in all Borough vehicles.
Any person who shall violate any provision of this chapter shall, upon
conviction thereof by any District Justice or other court of competent jurisdiction,
be sentenced to pay a fine of not more than $600 for each offense, plus costs
of prosecution, and, in default of payment of such fine and costs, to imprisonment
not to exceed 30 days.
