A certain document, three copies of which are on file in the office of the Lawrence Township Secretary, Lawrence Township, Clearfield, Pennsylvania, being marked and designated as the "International Building Code," including Appendix chapters, as published by the International Code Council, Inc., be and hereby is adopted as the Building Code of Lawrence Township, Clearfield, in the State of Pennsylvania; for the control of building and structures as herein provided; and each and all of the regulations, provisions, penalties, conditions and terms of said Building Code are hereby referred to, adopted, and made a part hereof, as if fully set out in this article, with the addition, insertions, deletions and changes, if any, prescribed in § 42-2 of this article.

Certain documents, which are on file in the office of the Lawrence Township
Secretary, being marked and designated as "International Residential Code,"
including Appendix chapters, as published by the International Code Council,
be and is hereby adopted as the code of Lawrence Township for regulating the
design, construction quality of materials, erection, installation, alteration,
repair, location, relocation, replacement, addition to, use or maintenance
of one- and two-family dwellings and townhouses in the Township of Lawrence;
and providing for the issuance of permits and collection of fees therefor;
and each and all of the regulations, provisions, conditions and terms of such
International Residential Code, 2000 Edition, published by the
International Code Council, on file in the office of the Township of Lawrence
are hereby referred to, adopted and made a part hereof as if fully set out
in this article.
